The Satellite-Art team prepared fabric and a humanscape design to transform the main field at the 2011 FloydFest into a phoenix visible from space, and recorded by the IKONOS satellite operated by GeoEye.

FloydFest X is live and we are now counting down to 11:21am on Saturday, July 30 for satellite art formation on the main field in front of the Dreaming Creek Stage, a project that will create a design made of people and fabric imaged from space.
